The 37th Annual Carmel Classic Invitational was run today at
Northview Christian Church. The weather was outstanding for a great
day of Cross Country competition.
In the Varsity
race, Carmel placed first with 18 points and was followed by Heritage
Christian with 55 and Columbus East with 63. Carmel’s Tom Ohlman and
Chris Walden were both timed in 16:11. Taylor Story of Heritage
Christian was third in 16:24 and was followed by Carmel’s Griffin Brunk
(4th in 16:32), Collin Brunk (5th in 16:44), Andy Cowen (6th in 16:45),
Columbus East’s Charlie Delap (7th in 16:48), Carmel’s Eric Kinn (8th
in 16:53) and Nick Schrock (9th in 16:56) and rounding out the top ten
was Heritage Christian’s Jack Morgan (10th in 17:09).
